If you don’t want to pay online, you can also call us to pay by credit card or mail a check to our mailing address.

Fantastic so far. First place I could do everything online, including setting up autopsy, so I'm not struggling to make it there before office hours close. Had I the money yesterday when renting, I would've gone bigger to get away from a closer storage company who apparently doesn't believe in receipts, triple charges, raises the rent unexpectedly without notice, never sends out bills and can't update an address no matter how many times you send it. 🙄 Reno Gulch has in two days gone above and beyond the other storage place. When I first rented my 2 spaces...I was warmly welcomed. The units are are very clean and made very sturdy. When I moved my stuff in there was plenty of space to get my truck in and out.I was given plenty of space with no hassle from the manager. I also like the website where I can pay online and get plenty of information. I can see myself renting these units for a long time. I love Reno Gulch Self storage!
